Wedding-gown department billboard. Internally lit, visible from across Felix Dlamini Road.
The brief
Princess Hanifa's — one of Durban's established bridal and Eastern-wear retailers — needed a new wedding-gown department billboard that would pull foot traffic from across Felix Dlamini Road. We designed and produced the full billboard: ACM-frame backing, internally-lit LED array, UV-stable photographic print of five wedding-gown models with the script "Princess Hanifa's" wordmark and the headline "WEDDING GOWN DEPARTMENT INSTORE." The install replaced an older flat banner with a fabricated, internally-lit billboard that reads day and night.
The outcome
The billboard now serves as a wayfinding landmark for the Felix Dlamini retail strip — visible from across the road at any hour. The lit-from-within build means equal day and night visibility.
